On September 22-23, Monika Reichert and Nehle Penning participated in the conference "Aging & Social Change: Twelfth Interdisciplinary Conference" in Krakow. As part of the plenary panel "Prolonged Working Lives: Social Change, Inequality and Risks of Exclusion" in the city hall of Krakow Nehle Penning presented selected results of the qualitative study on behalf of the EIWO Project III-team with the presentation "Gender Differences in the Reconciliation of Work and Family Life - Results from Qualitative Interviews".
