EIWO project starts second funding phase
In the second phase of the EIWO project (until mid-2025), Prof. Monika Reichert and Nehle Penning will be responsible for project VIII "Perceptions of Inequality and Fairness", in which - together with international colleagues - the individual perceptions of older employees of fairness and inequality in working life and the role of the state in reducing inequality will be analyzed. In a further step, the qualitative results from the interviews will be supported by analyses of quantitative data.
