We congratulate to the succesful PhD!
On March 28th, 2022 Mrs. Kim Marei Kusserow successfully completed her doctorate with the disputation. The title of her dissertation is: "Altern in der Landwirtschaft als gesellschaftliche Herausforderung - Eine Analyse der Entwicklung der (Erwerbs-)Biographien von selbstständigen Landwirten in Niedersachsen vor dem Hintergrund des Strukturwandels in der Landwirtschaft". Her doctorate was accompanied by Prof. Dr. Monika Reichert as the first reviewer and Prof. Dr. Frerich Frerichs as second reviewer.
